Serving a wide range of 49th Parallel beans, some that are organic and fair trade certified, most of the beans are also single origin and brought via “direct trade”, which is actually a much better deal for the coffee farmers than fair trade.

Crema coffee uses the Clover machine to serve fresh brewed coffee to order, which also brings out all the flavors of the 49th beans to make the most amazing coffees. Using the Clover we have the abiltiy to make each cup of coffee different from the previous. With full control over the grind, amount of beans, temperaure and time of brewing, each cup is made to your needs. Check out how it works here.

Espresso based drinks are prepared using a twin headed Synesso machine. We use double portafilters for making the espresso, and thus we pull 2 shots of espresso every time.
